Food City and gouging for online/delivery shoppers

Good news:Food City, a local grocery chain, has made online ordereing available, with delivery.
Bad news: They gouge  their customers BIG TIME.
I took one sample and that's all I needed.
Swageerty Premium Suasage Patties, Mild are, as of 2-29-2018, $4.99 for a box of 30.
For delivery, a box of only 18 costs $9.89. This seems illegal to me. Couging is a violation of law and this is gouging. Furthermore, they charge for the delivery service. Teir rates are steeper than their competitors such as Walmart and Jet. Considering the price hikes for delivered items, even Walgreens is a better deal.
Stay away from Food City's online gouge.

$3.09 online with delivery.

I've never liked FC. This is one of the reasons why.
